Seek out small moments of joy and pleasure in everyday life. This might not be very easy, for someone would ask, how can i be joyful when I’m in pains? You are not necessarily asked to automatically leap for joy in moments of grief, rather, you’re to give room for joy to trickle in, find ways and means to express joy.

These moments can serve as reminders that there are still positive experiences to be had, even amidst the pain because joy is a balm that heals.

  • LIVE OUT YOUR  PURPOSE

Find purpose and meaning in other aspects of life. Consider volunteer work, helping others, or pursuing passions that align with your values. These endeavours can offer a sense of fulfilment. It’s often said.
